Broadbeach Waterfront Luxury

Landscape Design plans for the hard and soft landscaping were drawn up for this Broadbeach Waterfront Residence long before the building construction commenced. Our clients were stranded in China through Covid and were not able to be present through the construction process, so our design team worked with our clients  remotely providing updates and images along the way.

For this Broadbeach Waterfront landscaping project our Design Team led by Sue Bampton worked with private certifiers, local council and pool builders on necessary approvals and were able to discuss construction ideas with the builders to ensure everything including finished ground levels, driveway and paths, power and lighting etc was addressed and co-ordinated successfully between our landscaping team and all other trades involved.

A fabulous deck was constructed to stretch out as close to the waterfront as we could get approved with power provisions for a future pontoon  installed close to the waters edge. This residence was an investment build and sold the day it went on the market. Our focus now is on the property next door which belongs to the same Chinese clients who will build their own stunnng residence in this location,
