Tallai Landscape Design and Construction

Our clients for this Tallai Areage Landscape Design and Construction Project were wanting to update their property landscaping and create usable spaces around a very tired swimming pool area for entertaining as well rethink the rest of the property. As you can see by the images the pool area was being swallowed up by an out of control garden and there was very little space t0 relax around and enjoy the pool area. This entire space was in need of a rethink and update. This pool area joined merged in with a variety of other spaces that also needed to be considered in the overall master plan.

The Landscape Design planning stage was kicked off with a Conceptual ideas for the entire property and was tweaked and adjusted to arrive at a Master Plan that pulled the entire property together into a harmonious whole.

Once the Plan was completed our Landscape team headed up by Hendrik Van der hoven commenced Stage One construction which was all about the Pool Area. We expanded the space, raised the concrete level to align with the pool coping height and tiled the entire space with Travertine stone. The pool fencing was changed to glass and much of the existing garden was removed, reduced in size and replaced  with a lower maintenance garden that will provide screening in time from neighbouring properties.

Within a few months we got to work on Stage 2 which included the front concrete driveway reshaping and a new entry garden and water feature to replace the grass. The area adjoining the pool area was raised to create another usable level space and included lawn, a deck, childrens play area with shady canopy trees and new gardens where required.

Stage 3 will be built in 2019 and we look forward to featuring more extensive before and after photos of this entire property.
